Please read these terms before using ChinaMystic. By downloading, installing or continuing to use the app, you agree to them. If you do not agree, uninstall the app.

1. What this app is

ChinaMystic is a study and experience tool for traditional Chinese culture — Plum Blossom Numerology (梅花易数) and the I Ching. It generates a hexagram locally and presents a cultural interpretation of it. Every reading is provided for cultural reference and entertainment only. It is not medical, legal, financial, investment, psychological or other professional advice, is not a prediction of future events, and must never be the sole basis for any decision.

If you need professional advice, consult a qualified professional.

2. No guarantee of accuracy

Casting and hexagram derivation follow published traditional rules and are reproducible. The interpretation itself is subjective by nature. Passages generated by an AI model may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated or biased, and may not reflect any authoritative reading of the I Ching. We do not warrant that any reading is correct, complete or fit for a particular purpose.

3. Your own AI service

The AI reading feature is optional and disabled by default. To use it you must enable it yourself and supply the endpoint, model name and API key of a language-model service you choose. When enabled, your device sends the question and the already-computed hexagram data directly to that provider.

By enabling this feature you acknowledge that:

you are entering into a separate relationship with that third-party provider and are bound by its terms and privacy policy;
any fees, usage limits, rate limits or account consequences are your responsibility;
the content returned is generated by that third party, not by us, and we do not control, review, endorse or guarantee it;
you will only use an endpoint and an API key that you are legally entitled to use, and will not enter keys belonging to others.

If you do not enable the feature, or if a request fails, the app shows its built-in on-device reading instead. Turning the switch off stops all such requests immediately. See the Privacy Policy for precisely what data is sent.

4. AI-generated content and reporting

AI readings are labelled as AI-generated in the app. You may report content you consider inappropriate, offensive or inaccurate through the in-app reporting action on each AI reading. Reports are kept on your device and, if you choose, sent to us by email; nothing is uploaded automatically. We review reports where possible, but we cannot edit or withdraw content that was generated by a third-party model on your device.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

use the app or its readings for any unlawful purpose, to defraud or deceive others, or to impersonate professional advice;
present readings as scientific facts, deterministic forecasts, or as a substitute for professional judgement;
reverse engineer, decompile, scrape, overload or otherwise abuse the app or any endpoint you configure;
use the app in any way that infringes the rights of others or violates applicable law.

6. Your content and data

You keep ownership of the questions you type and the readings stored on your device. The app stores them locally (up to 200 records) and does not upload them to us. You are responsible for backing up anything you wish to keep; uninstalling the app or clearing records permanently removes them. The Privacy Policy explains this in detail.

7. Intellectual property

Traditional texts such as the I Ching hexagram judgements are in the public domain. The app’s interface design, icons, images, layout and source code are owned by the developer and protected by applicable law. These terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes; they do not transfer any ownership.

8. Disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liability

The app is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising from the use of, or inability to use, the app or any AI-generated content — even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Changes and termination

Features and these terms may change between versions; the “last updated” date above will change accordingly, and the in-app text will be updated where practical. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance. You may terminate these terms at any time by uninstalling the app. We may discontinue the app at any time; because everything is stored locally, your records remain under your control until you delete them.

1. 服务性质

ChinaMystic 是传统文化（梅花易数 / 易经）的学习与体验工具：在本机生成卦象，并给出相应的文化解读。所有解读仅供文化参考与娱乐，不构成医疗、法律、金融、投资、心理或其他专业建议，也不是对未来的预测，不应作为任何决定的唯一依据。

如需专业意见，请咨询具备资质的专业人士。

2. 关于准确性

起卦与卦象推演遵循公开的传统规则，结果可复现；但解读本身具有主观性。由 AI 大模型生成的内容可能不准确、不完整、过时或存在偏差，也不代表对易经的权威解释。我们不保证任何解读正确、完整或适用于特定目的。

3. 你自己的大模型服务

AI 解卦功能可选且默认关闭。如需使用，你必须自行开启，并填写你自己选择的接口地址、模型名称与 API Key。开启后，你的设备会把问题文本与已经算好的卦象数据直接发送给该服务。

开启即表示你确认：

你与该第三方服务商另行建立服务关系，并受其条款与隐私政策约束；
由此产生的费用、额度、限流以及账号后果由你自行承担；
返回内容由该第三方生成，而非我们生成，我们不控制、不审核、不背书、也不保证其内容；
你只会使用自己有权使用的接口与 API Key，不会填写他人的密钥。

未开启该功能，或请求失败时，应用会改用内置的本机解读；关闭开关会立即停止所有此类请求。具体发送哪些数据，请见隐私政策。

4. AI 生成内容与举报

应用内会对 AI 生成内容作出标注。若你认为某条 AI 解读不妥、冒犯或失实，可通过该条解读上的应用内举报入口反馈。举报记录保存在你的设备上，只有在你选择时才通过邮件发送给我们，不会自动上传。我们会在可能范围内查看举报，但无法修改或撤回由第三方模型在你的设备上生成的内容。

5. 使用限制

你同意不会：

将应用或其解读用于任何违法目的、用于欺骗他人，或冒充专业意见；
把解读表述为科学事实、确定性预言，或用它替代专业判断；
对本应用或你配置的任何接口进行逆向工程、反编译、抓取、过载请求或其他滥用；
以侵犯他人权利或违反适用法律的方式使用本应用。

6. 你的内容与数据

你输入的问题和保存在设备上的解读记录归你所有。应用仅在本地保存（最多 200 条），不会上传给我们。如需保留，请你自行备份；卸载应用或清空记录会永久删除这些内容。详细说明见隐私政策。

7. 知识产权

易经卦辞等传统文本属于公有领域。应用的界面设计、图标、图片、版式与程序代码归开发者所有，并受适用法律保护。本条款仅授予你为个人、非商业目的安装与使用本应用的有限、非独占、不可转让、可撤销的许可，不转移任何所有权。

8. 免责声明与责任限制

本应用按「现状」提供，不作任何明示或默示担保。在适用法律允许的最大范围内，对于因使用或无法使用本应用、或因任何 AI 生成内容而导致的间接、附带、特殊、后果性或惩罚性损害，以及数据、利润或商誉损失，开发者不承担责任，即使已被告知此类损害的可能性。本条款不排除法律不允许排除的责任。

9. 变更与终止

功能与条款可能随版本调整，届时会更新上方的「更新日期」，并在可行时同步应用内文本。更新后继续使用即表示接受。你可以随时卸载应用以终止本条款。我们也可能随时停止维护本应用；由于所有数据保存在本机，在你删除之前，记录始终由你自己掌控。
