By using PDisk you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with any part of them, please stop using the App and uninstall it.

1. The service

Password Disk is a local-first password manager for Android. It stores credentials, organises them into categories, generates passwords, produces time-based one-time passwords (TOTP) and offers an optional cloud backup. All core features work fully offline.

2. Your responsibilities

Keep your master password safe. Encryption is end-to-end: we never store or transmit the master password, so if you lose it, neither we nor anyone else can recover your vault.
Only store information you are lawfully entitled to store, and do not use the App for unlawful purposes.
If you use cloud backup, safeguard your account credentials and remain responsible for activity under that account.
Keep your device secure — install system updates, use a screen lock, and avoid rooting or installing apps from untrusted sources.

3. Licence

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to install and use the App on devices you own or control. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, modify, redistribute, rent or sell the App, or build a competing commercial service on top of it, except where such restriction is prohibited by law or you have our written permission.

4. Cloud backup

Cloud backup is optional and requires creating an account. Backups are encrypted on-device before upload.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for outages caused by networks, hosting providers or events beyond our reasonable control.
Please keep your own records and verify your backup periodically. The App is not a substitute for a sound backup habit.
You can delete your account and cloud data at any time; see the Privacy Policy.

5. Disclaimer

The App is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

loss of access to your vault caused by a forgotten master password, accidental deletion, or a lost or damaged device;
disclosure resulting from you sharing credentials, or using the App in an insecure environment;
failures caused by custom ROMs, rooting, or third-party tools you install.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence.

6. Intellectual property

The App’s design, icons, copy and source code belong to the developer. The content you enter — passwords, notes and so on — remains yours; we claim no rights over it.

7. Changes and termination

We may update these terms as the App evolves; the updated version will be published here and in the App with a new date. Continued use constitutes acceptance. If you do not accept the changes, stop using and uninstall the App. We may suspend cloud backup for accounts that seriously breach these terms.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, excluding its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation; failing that, they shall be submitted to a competent court in the developer’s place of residence.

一、服务内容

本应用是一款运行于 Android 设备的本地密码管理工具，提供密码存储、分类管理、密码生成、两步验证（TOTP）验证码生成，以及可选的云端备份功能。核心功能可完全离线使用。

二、你的责任

你需自行妥善保管主密码。本应用采用端到端加密，主密码不存储明文、不上传，遗失后无法找回，密码库中的内容也无法恢复。
你应确保录入的信息来源合法，不得利用本应用存储违法内容或从事违法活动。
使用云端备份时，你需自行保管账号凭据，并对该账号下发生的行为负责。
你应对设备的系统安全负责，包括及时安装系统更新、设置锁屏密码、不随意 root 或安装来源不明的应用。

三、使用许可

我们授予你一项个人的、不可转让、非独占的许可，用于在你自己拥有或控制的设备上安装和使用本应用。你不得对本应用进行反向工程、反编译、修改、分发、出租、出售，或以本应用为基础提供同类商业服务，除非法律明确允许或已取得我们的书面许可。

四、云端备份服务

云端备份为可选功能，需自行注册账号。备份内容在上传前已在设备端加密。
我们尽力保障服务可用性，但不承诺服务永不中断。因网络、服务商故障、不可抗力导致的中断，我们不承担赔偿责任。
建议你保留一份本地记录或定期核验备份完整性。本应用不能替代你应有的数据备份习惯。
你可随时在应用内注销账号并删除云端数据，详见《隐私政策》。

五、免责声明

本应用按"现状"提供。在适用法律允许的最大范围内，我们不对以下情形承担责任：

因你遗忘主密码、误删数据、设备丢失或损坏导致的密码库无法访问；
因你主动向他人透露密码、账号，或在非安全环境中使用本应用导致的信息泄露；
因你自行修改系统、使用第三方 ROM、越权工具导致的异常或数据损坏。

本条款不排除或限制依法不能排除或限制的责任，包括因故意或重大过失造成的责任。

六、知识产权

本应用的界面设计、图标、文案与程序代码的知识产权归开发者所有。你在应用中录入的密码、备注等内容归你所有，我们不会主张任何权利。

七、条款变更与终止

我们可能随功能调整更新本条款，更新后会在应用内与本页面同步发布并修改日期。若你继续使用，视为接受更新后的条款；如不接受，请停止使用并卸载应用。若你严重违反本条款，我们有权停止向你提供云端备份服务。

八、适用法律与争议解决

本条款适用中华人民共和国法律（不含冲突法）。因本条款产生的争议，双方应友好协商解决；协商不成的，可提交开发者所在地有管辖权的人民法院诉讼解决。
